In netball, the students will be trained to master the game eventually through the acquisition of netball knowledge and skills; footwork, ball passes, tactical play and introduction of the netball rules and regulations. The wide exposure in playing the game will enhance the netball skills in every player. The game will also help to develop the students in their character development; leadership, sportsmanship and teamwork.

The weekly netball training encompasses of the following:

  • Footwork
  • Ball passes
  • Tactical play
  • Ball drill
  • Physical training
  • Mental training

Fitness and Development:

  • Speed
  • Endurance
  • Core training
  • Power

Every year, we also seek to maximize our students’ leadership potential and send a select few to Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) camps.

Some of the programmes and activities we have:
Yearly CCA camp
Participation in inter-school Netball competition and other Netball competitions and carnivals
Watching regional and international Netball competitions ‘live’ at the Sports Hub
Identifying and sending students with potential for National team tryouts

We believe in building young women with resilience, character and a spirit of excellence. We aim to achieve that through Netball.
